We went to celebrate our quirky anniversary of 1,000 days and had the pleasure of having Dora as our server. She was amazing! Very attentive, her suggestions were spot on and she was an all-around delight! The entire staff was!! They wrote us a note that made me cry for our special day. Thank you so much to the staff for all you did that day to make it extra special! The food was delicious as well! Can't recommend enough!

We stopped here on a whim while visiting the area. The food was incredible and the service was great! Probably one of the better steaks that I have had. We really enjoyed our time here!

First time trying out this location. The Bear at the entrance was good touch and I am sure is popular with the Baylor community! Charles did a great job with service and was very attentive throughout. The bread was nice, warm and heavenly as usual. We ordered the ribeye and the blackened fish with salad. Salad was average. The steaks actually tasted pretty good by a mid-tier steak place standard. The fish was good. Really liked the shrimp on it. The broccoli could have been steamed a tad bit longer. Fries were really good and evenly seasoned.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon and I had an absolutely fantastic time! This was a hidden gem in Waco that I never knew existed! The atmosphere is perfectly done, the staff were very nice and helpful, the food was all delicious and mouth watering, and the drinks were top knotch. This was one of the best experiences eating out I've had in a long time! There were so many little details that made the experience great, like the shots being in frozen glasses, the drinks being layers great and being strong enough to feel it but not tasting too strong. All the food came out fast and tasted exactly how I was wanting it to be! It's not too expensive either for what you're getting. I bought two cocktails, two shots, an appetizer, two entries, AND dessert, and the bill was $117. Highly recommend! I'll be heading back!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Rosie at Saltgrass Steak House. I actually traveled from Dallas, and I can confidently say she made the visit more than worth it. Her customer service was truly exquisite from start to finish. She kept everything moving at a perfect pace, making sure our table was always taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. Rosie was incredibly kind, super friendly, and her amazing smile made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude really stood out. Because of her outstanding service, she’s someone I would gladly recommend to anyone, I would specifically invite myself, my family, and my friends back just to be waited on by her again. Rosie is a true example of what exceptional customer service should look like. If anyone wants the absolute best customer service while dining in Waco, be sure to ask for Rosie, as she’s there Monday through Friday.

My Maureen center cut filet was a little tough but everything else was pefect, The bsbybsck ribs fell off the bone snd the flavor eas so delish. our server Dora was above and beyond, I Highly recommend her and Saltgrass.

I enjoyed my first experience at Saltgrass ever. It was amazing service from Kamryn. She was very attentive and relatable. She also gave great recommendations. Food was delicious and perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

We come here every few weeks for drinks and happy hour and it never disappoints. The food is phenomenal, allow me to suggest the brisket queso, and the serving sizes are on par with Texas restaurants. The bar is great including the bartenders and the people/scene. Parking is easy. You can bring kids, but the menu is pricey.
